As I prepared for this assignment, for the first time I felt a bit uneasy with what I was about to do. I suppose this was due to the fact that I misunderstood the assignment and thought I was going to have to create something that could be viewed by high school students and hold their interest to a degree. I am an elementary school teacher to the very core of my being, and I just cannot ever see myself in a high school setting. Nevertheless, I knew I had to try, so I racked my brain for some topic that might interest this age group and came up with the idea of creating a digital story on the history of the Internet. This is their world after all. I am so glad this happened the way it did. I never would have considered creating something that would reach much past the fifth grade. So I hope you enjoy my example and find some usefulness in it. The link to my story and all the others in my group will be posted as a gadget on the right of this screen.

At least you attempted a high school type assignment. I would even know where to start. I know some teachers that would probably benefit for your movie.
